Returns & Refunds
Every order is covered by our 30-Day Tail-Wag Guarantee.
Eligibility
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Items should be unused/unwashed where possible, with tags and original packaging.
- Beds and grooming tools may be tried once - just clean them before returning.
- Damaged, defective or wrong items: always covered, at our cost.
How to start a return
- Email hello.pawpatch@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
- We reply within 4 business hours with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back (tracked, within 14 days of approval).
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable except for our mistakes (damaged/wrong items).
- Exchanges ship free after we receive your return.
