Welcome to Paw Patch. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products & pricing
- We work hard to show accurate colors, descriptions and prices. Minor variations may occur.
- Prices are in USD. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Orders & payment
- Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours by replying to your confirmation email.
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay via secure encrypted checkout.
- We may cancel orders suspected of fraud, with a full refund.
Shipping & returns
- See our Shipping Policy (processing 1-2 business days) and Return Policy (30-Day Tail-Wag Guarantee).
Warranty
- 12 months on electronic grooming tools (motor and battery); 30 days on beds, toys and accessories for manufacturing defects.
- Chew damage, misuse and normal wear are not covered.
Pet safety
- Always supervise pets with new products. Introduce grooming tools gradually. If your pet shows stress, stop and try later.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
